Five minute application:
Measure and cut (if necessary) the lashes to fit your beautiful and unique eye shape. Shake eyeliner pen vigorously prior to use. Apply liner to clean, dry eyelids. Be sure not to apply an oily moisturizer before application. You may choose to apply the liner to the eye lash strip for an even stronger bond.
Effortlessly remove lashes by carefully pulling lashes off and remove liner by gently wiping away with an oil based makeup remover from your eyelid.
