Q: Are all items listed in the store available for immediate delivery?
A: Yes, all the items listed on my site are available for immediate delivery. However, while few, there have been times when, as humans do, I have made the mistake of listing the wrong size or selling the item without removing it from my store. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause. I strive to be the best I can.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because of the nature of my items and health concerns, all of my sales are final. I am sorry if this causes you any inconvenience but know that all of the items sold at Naughty and Nice Lingerie are new, unless specifically stated in the description.
Q: What are the payment options?
A: All sales are final. Payment is due immediately. I accept all major credit cards via paypal as an electronic payment method for online orders! You can use your credit / debt card without registering for an account. If you have any questions about payment, please email me.
Q: What are the international shipping charges?
A: I only ship flat rate Priority Mail International. Shipping to Canada is $23.99 & everywhere else I ship starts at $33.99. My international shipping costs are per envelope, not per item. If you wanted 3 items & they all fit into a legal sized envelope, then it will only be one charge. Email me a list of items to verify if all items will fit into one package.
Q: How much is the shipping and handling charges?
A: There are no shipping or handling charges when you buy and ship within the USA (*except Dene Adams Products and gift baskets). International orders are based on what you are interested in purchasing and where the package is going.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: I do combine shipping for multiple items purchased. Whenever you ship with the USA, shipping is FREE (*except Dene Adams Products and gift baskets)! Outside of the US: I only ship priority mail per envelope, not per item, which is extra. Please see the international shipping question under the shipping topic for more details.
Q: What is the condition of the items?
A: ALL lingerie items are NEW, with and without tags. Other non – lingerie items are new unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: While I cannot control USPS delivery of an item, I can control how quickly I get your package into their hands! I will ship your item within 48 hrs. Usually, I will ship within 24 hrs! The only exceptions are weekends & holidays. I use USPS for most of my delivery needs, so your local mail carrier will be handling your delivery.
Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: Naughty and Nice Lingerie will NEVER sell your information. The packages are a plain envelope which contains a shipping label with the business name and address. If you would like me to remove the name of the store from the label, all you have to do is ask.
Q: If I would like something that is not currently in your store, is there some way you may get it for me?
A: If you are interested in something you do not currently see in my store, please ask! I have, at times, been able to get items for some of my customers that was not in my store. There are some times when items are not listed in my store but are in my inventory. I may have made an error in not listing it.
